Paul Frederico
I am a Senior Art director and creative strategist. I specialize in building brands and creating award-winning concepts. I've worked at many top RX Pharmaceutical Ad agencies with the brightest minds in the business. I am a concept person. I believe in the brands I work on and I am passionate about my work.
I received my BFA from New York's Parsons School of Design. I am a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, The Westfield New Jersey Artist Association and the Art Directors Club of New Jersey.

Jeff Powell
Jeff is a consultant for both Fortune 500 companies as well as small design firms. Jeff is also a veteran of the comic book industry and has been working as a letterer for well over a decade. His most recent work has been for Archie Comics where he has lettered, both traditionally and digitally, a variety of titles including Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic X, Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Josie & the Pussycats.
Currently Jeff is working with Vito Delsante, Mike Lilly and Wilson Ramos on The Mercury Chronicles and various projects for print and web with Scott Wegener and Lawrence Basso.

D.W.Murray
D.W.Murray is an award winning story artist. As a former Disney animation artist, his screen credits include Mulan, Tarzan, Lilo & Stitch, Brother Bear, and the newly released Curious George, by Universal Pictures. He has written numerous screenplays, pitched story concepts to Roy Disney, and the producers of Touched By An Angel. He has had scripts read by a host of prominent actors, directors and producers in the film industry.

Betsy Day
Day developed her love of children's book illustration while studying at the Paier College of Art. As an apprentice to Mercer Mayer and student of Caldecott Medal winner Uri Shulivitz, Day realized children's book illustration as a true art form. Stefan & Olga, written and illustrated by Day, was published by Dial Publishers, and was featured on the television program Reading Rainbow.
